The Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2-Inch Receiver # D210 will fit the hitch on your 2002 Infiniti QX4 as long as that hitch is a 2-inch Class 3 type like the Curt # 13088 or one of the others shown on the linked page. I linked an article to help you identify your hitch type.
Installed in such a compatible hitch this multi-purpose ball mount provides a 2-inch receiver opening for using a 2-inch hitch-mount accessory.
