Recommended Base Plate Kit for a 2013 Honda CR-V to use with a Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar

I have a Roadmaster Sterling, ser. no. 026022 that I need the base plate kit for my 2013 Honda CRV. Which kit is recommended?

Thanks for your picture, it helped out a lot.
As long as your 2013 Honda CR-V doesn't have a brush guard the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-521567-5 will the right base plate kit for you.
It's important to note that safety chain anchor brackets for Sterling cables will not fit this base plate kit. To use with Sterling tow bar the Sterling cable anchors must be attached to the frame of the vehicle or welded to the receiver portion of the bracket.
