Question:
57.8025 on a 2015 chevy 2500hd, I need 70inch between the uprights? I need 1 inch above front bed box rail? I need no higher than cab or at least what the dimension is so it will fit in garage?

When the Westin HDX Headache Rack, part # 57-8025 is installed the measurement from the bed rails to the top of the top horizontal bar is 23-inches.
The 70-inch reference is that the headache rack will work with toolboxes up to 70 inches in width.
You can measure 23 inches from the top of your bed rail to make sure this will work on your truck when getting in and out of the garage.
