Question:

I have a 2015 Ford F150 super crew cab with a Leer 100R cap. The cap came with the Thule Tracker II rails, but we did not get the bars because we had them from a previous cap. I am in need of the part the fits into the tracker II and provides the base for the feet to attach. This looks right, but I want to make sure it will fit. Do I also understand correctly that I will need to purchase several other small parts to actually secure this base to the tracks?

Yes, you are correct that the # 753-2149 is the correct part for your Tracker II rails on your truck. A set of 4 of these will work great for your Tracker feet.

To complete the TK1 kit you will need:
qty 4 of the base # 753-2149
qty 4 of the cover # 853-7084
qty 8 of the bolts # 924-0617-15
qty 8 of the thin washer # 951061254
qty 8 of the thick washer # 951-0613-12
qty 8 of the track nuts # 853-2106

You also need 4 of the spacers # 853-5127 but we no longer carry this part.
