For a roof rack that is confirmed to fit the tracks on your 2008 Hummer H3 you would want the Yakima part numbers # Y00408, # Y53TR, # Y03536, and # Y00224.
You can also lock this rack with the lock core set part # Y07204 which would help prevent theft.
