How to Carry Yakima Holdup Bike Rack and Tow Rack and Roll Trailer at the Same Time

I currently have Yakimas platform style bike rack for 4 bikes, the Yakima Holdup. Im considering getting the Yakima Rack and Roll trailer to carry kayaks. Would the D210 allow me to carry the bike rack and tow the kayak trailer? Thanks.
