Question:

Would the #C13238 be recommended for the 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro 4-wheel drive as well as the 2016 Audi Q3?

The Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C13238 is designed to fit the Q3 regardless of the model.

This is a Class lll hitch and has a 2 inch receiver opening. As noted from Curt all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps like part # 18050. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty.

If you have the tow package on your Q3 and need trailer wiring you can use part # HM40975. Without the tow package I recommend part # 119250KIT.

If you plan on doing some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
