Hello, is this the proper hitch for a bike rack for my Audi? do you have any pictures with this installed? I want something that looks decent on the car and doesnt stand out too much. thanks

The Curt Class III hitch, part # C13238 is a compatible fit with your 2016 Audi Q3. Unfortunately, we don't have a picture of this hitch installed on your vehicle.
