We have lots of 3-bike trunk mount bike racks that will fit your 2015 Ford Flex. Since you have a nice newer vehicle I recommend a bike rack that attaches to the vehicle in just 4 places rather than 6 so it is easier to install and so that it limits contact with the vehicle.

In this category my top pick is the OutWay, # TH56BV. I have an older version of this rack and it is by far the easiest trunk mount rack I have ever used. What makes it so easy are the 2 retractable cables it uses to attach to the vehicle rather than 6 straps like other carriers.

The excess cable stores inside the carrier so there are no loose ends flapping around. The cables are also more durable compared to the straps. And the access to the cable mechanism can be locked to deter theft of the rack.

The Raceway also features a built-in cable lock to deter bike theft. The anti-sway cradles have made with road-dampening technology to better protect the bike frames. And the arms can move independently in and out, up and down to fit a wide variety of bikes. I have included a link to a video review of this Raceway line for you.

And my second choice is the Yakima FullBack, # Y02633. It is not lacking in style with the black and red finish. The ZipStrip straps are quick and easy to use compared to rubber straps, and the arms have a wide range of adjustability. I have included a link to a video review of this rack as well.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
