Will this work on Bulldog hitch ?

The Bulldog couplers are usually the collar-lok style couplers so you would need to go with a different coupler lock than the # BLTL-33 that you referenced.
Instead you would wan the part # BLTL-20-40D as it is specifically designed for collar lok Bulldog coupler. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
