From your purchase records I see that you have purchased the Draw-Tite Sportframe Class I Trailer Hitch 24833 is designed to fit your 2007 Pontiac Solstice and is no longer available. The trailer hitch has a Class I tongue weight rating of 200 pounds.
Since Pontiac determined that your vehicle is not designed to tow a trailer, there is no stated maximum tongue weight capacity for your Solstice in the owner's manual and any weight carried on the hitch will be carried at your own risk.
The only load carrying notes in the Solstice's owner's manual relate to the weight of occupants and cargo loaded in the vehicle. It is important to make sure the Gross Axle Weight Rating of the vehicle's rear axle and the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating are not exceeded if you do decide to carry cargo on a trailer hitch.
The lightest weight, Class I compatible, hitch cargo carrier we offer is the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18145, weighing approximately 25 pounds. This will leave you with 175 pounds left in the trailer hitch's tongue weight capacity to carry cargo. The # C18145 carrier features raised side rails to help keep cargo, like your luggage, in place and will provide multiple tie down points. If you need a cargo bag, I recommend the etrailer Cargo Bag # e98990 because of the quality rainproof material. To secure your cargo, a Curt Stretchable Cargo Net # C18202 or Erickson bungee cords # EM06623 will work well.
