Ideally when you add a third axle to your trailer you would reposition the current two so that the all of the axles would be appropriately placed. Basically you would want the middle axle to end up where you current center hanger is for your leaf suspension.

A standard axle would probably be easier to match up to your trailer but the Timbren part # A35RS545 would bolt to your trailer frame and would place the hub centers right at 4 inches below your frame. If that height matches up with your current axles this could work.

You will need new wheels and tires for the Timbren as well. You will want to match the same size you currently have. I attached a link to a page that has all of the trailer tires we offer that would mount up to the hubs of the Timbren.
