Im looking at getting part number: SR1009 and then either this bike rack system or the Y02103. I was wondering if either of these would allow the hatch to be opened while installed and then which one would be the best fit. Also it says there is an integrated lock cable on the Y02103 but are the locks included? If not which locks would I need? Does this system also have integrated cables?

When the SportRack # SR1098 Crossbars are installed on your 2011 Nissan Rogue, you'll be able to move the crossbars forward enough that the rear hatch would have no problem clearing the Yakima # Y02103 FrontLoader roof mounted bike rack. If it should present a problem, the rack can be installed backwards to provide more clearance.
The FrontLoader includes a integral cable lock and can be locked to the roof rack, but the lock cores are sold separately. To lock the bike rack to the crossbars, you'll need another core and a lock housing, part # Y07220. Yakima sells two keyed alike lock cores as part # Y07202.
The # Y02103 is very similar, it wouldn't require the extra lock housing, as the front attachment point to the crossbar has a built in lock housing. The lock cores are also sold separately with this rack.
