I see a few thule knobs on the site which would work with the Thule XADAPT2 AeroBlade and Xsporter Load Bar Adapter for Roof-Mounted Carriers. I have an older Thule ski carrier that had the attachment for square bars I would like to use the square bolts in the XADAPT to and a knob to mount to the areobars I just purchased from eTrailer

The bolts of the # Xadapt2 that you mentioned are M6. For a low profile Thule M6 knob we have the part # 753-0783.
