I linked our main page for all trailer wiring adapters that convert from a 6-round-pin format to others. We do have a 6-round to 6-square adapter, part # HM47415, but not one that converts a 6-way round pin to a 5- or 6-flat. 6-flat is not a common format for tow vehicle and trailers in the U.S.
For the long run you will be better off avoiding use of an adapter and hardwiring in the connector you need. Adapters are convenient but they also introduce more connection points and that means more potential trouble spots.
You can use a junction box like # 38656 and ring terminals like # 44-5310A to join your required connector to the rest of the wiring.
If you like you can send me a picture of the connectors on the vehicle and trailer and I will be glad to assist further.
