Hello, please advise if this kit T4843300 will fit 13inch Dexter 17-189 wheel rims, in description mentioned that it will fit only for 14inch and 15inch rims, but for the kit T4843100 mentioned that it will fit 13-15inch rims, I assumed that its identical kits but last one is for 1 axle.

The issue is that the rotors in kit # T4843300 for single axle trailers have trouble with some 13 inch wheels but not all. So what I recommend is using Kodiak disc brakes # K2HR35D (2 would be needed for a tandem axle set up). The Kodiak rotors will work with 13 inch wheels. Then you would just need the coupler, # 099-175-20, and the brake line kit, # 20TA-BLKIT.
The rotors above will also need bearings and seals. For a kit for one axle use # BK2-100.
