Question:
Hello, can I install 4.8s on a trailer that has 5.3 x 12 inch? I have a 300 mile trip planned with a quad aboard.

The two tire sizes you mentioned fit the same size wheels so yes, a 4.80-12 would replace a 5.30-12. The difference is the tire will be slightly narrower and right at 1-1/2 shorter in diameter.
The part # AM10002 that you referenced could work as long as it would give you enough weight capacity at 590 lbs at 60 psi. I attached a review video for this tire for you to check out as well.
