I am looking for the arm that the bow stop is bolted to . I do not know the name of the part but I think it is called Winch Stand The winch is bolted on at the beginning of this arm and the strap goes to the bow stop and to the boat ... I hope you understand what I want

I believe you are talking about a bow roller like the part # CE31005PG.
I recommend bow stop # YR7Y44-4 used with bracket # CE31005PG and shaft # CE10700A for your bow stop set up.
