Why Would Trailer Sit Nose High After Installing Timbrens or Weight Distribution

Question:
2015 sierra 1500 4wd towing a 24ft camper 4700 empty 5500 loaded est Ive only used the equalizer hitch once truck squats about 2 inches and trailer is level. I just installed the Timbren suspension bump stops and now the truck doesnt squat and the camper sits abut 1 to 1 1/2 inches taller up front. I also tow a 4000 enclosed trailer without a equalizer hitch. Thats why I wanted this system Did I create a new problem? Do I take some tension off the equalizer hitch now or ditch the Timbren system?

A properly set up weight distribution system would eliminate the need for a suspension enhancement system as it should get rid of the sag.
It sounds like the real problem you have with your trailer sitting nose high is that you now need a ball mount with more drop since your tow vehicle is now finally level with the trailer connected and your hitch is sitting up higher.
To determine how to pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount check out the help article I attached.
