How will the telescopic feature work with existing switch from stock mirrors? Do I need to alter the wiring or change switch?

The extension function on K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS61199-00F is manual. You will extend and retract the mirrors by hand to suit your towing requirements.
This set of mirrors uses the same mounting and electrical connection points as the OEM mirrors. You do not need to add any wiring.
Please note that with replacement mirrors like these you cannot add a new function to the vehicle that it did not have previously.
