Question:
I have an 04 4wd ram 1500 with 5.7 hemi, replacing the engine and was told by the engine rebuild company to install an oil cooler. Just wondering if you can point me in the right direction for a few different oil cooler kits that will fit my truck. Thanks

The Engine Oil Cooler part # D15405 will work on your 2004 Dodge Ram with a 5.7 liter Hemi and would be exactly what your engine rebuilder is referring to. This comes with the correct fitting for the oil filter to fit your truck.
The oil filter thread size that you need is 3/4 inch-16 which there is a sandwich adapter included with the # D15405 designed for this thread size.
