Availability of Upright Hitch Mounted Crossbar Setup Taller than 70 inches

I have a 2008 2500HD crew cab with a CURT front mount receiver. I am looking at these load extenders to carry my 2 - 70lb 136inch kayaks while I tow my fifth wheel. When I measure 60inch up from my front hitch hitch it looks like I need another 8 or 9inch to have a clear field of vision while driving. Is there any type of extension for this? Is there a different option for this around 70inch tall? Thanks,

The Yakima DryDock part # Y02449 is height adjustable from 56-72 inches tall so it would be your best option. Aside from this one the rest do not go above 70 inches height.
You will also need a crossbar like part # Y8810023 for a 58 inch bar.
