I have a Toyota 4x4 1988 tire size 235/75r15 will these chains fit and would this be a good choice. Thanks,

The cables part # PW2016C that you referenced have been confirmed as a fit for the tire size 235/75R15 that you referenced, but if you are looking for the best option in that price range I have a better solution for you.
The Titan Chains part # TC2319 are a much better option as they will provide much better traction, will be easier to install, and will last longer.
You will need to check the owners manual of your vehicle to determine if there are any tire chain restrictions.
