I have a 2016 Ford F-150 with the 5.5ft bed. I really dont want add a Sidewinder to my 5th wheel. Will this hitch work for me? If so, what rail kit can I use?

As you turn this hitch will give you an extended distance of 22-1/2 inches, which is crucial to most short bed truck owners when making sharp turns. So, this Demco 5th Wheel Hitch will work great for your 2016 Ford F-150.
The Demco AutoSlide # DM8550040 is compatible with industry standard above the bed rails, for a custom installation kit for your 2016 Ford F-150, I recommend the Reese # RP50087-58. Demco does offer a universal kit # DM8552009-71.
