Availability of Replacement Motor For Philips V2044 Roof Vent

Question:
Have a Phillips number V2044 bath ventilator. Need a motor replacement. Is Ventline compatible

Ventline used to be a division of Philips, now they're owned by Dexter Axle. The V2044 fan has been discontinued for awhile, but the Ventline # BCD0390-00 would be the correct 110V-AC motor. I've confirmed that these are the proper replacements with my Ventline representative.
