Need to know if my TH02230K66 chains will fit my 2015 VW Touareg TDI with Tires 275/45R20? The box says I need K67. Is there any way to make the K66 fit, or do I need to buy the K67 chains?

I checked with Konig and the K66 chains are not a fit for the 275/45-20 tire size on your 2015 Volkswagen Touareg. They do list the K67 for the K-Summit chains. If you don't want to go through the expense of a second set of K-Summit you could use cables # PW3010C which are Class S rated meaning they require little clearance around the tires.
