Would these chains work on my 2003 Lincoln Navigator with 275-65-18 wheels?

The Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC2028 that you referenced have been confirmed as a fit for the tire size 275/65-18 that you have on your 2003 Lincoln Navigator. So as long as the owners manual of your vehicle doesn't have any restrictions on using cables these would fit and work well.
