For your 2016 Audi Q3 I recommend Curt trailer hitch # C13238. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver rated for 525 pounds tongue weight and 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
To add a trailer connector I recommend # C59236 which will provide a 4-Way flat connector at the rear of the vehicle.
