This site is VERY helpful. For the G37 it looks like the What hitch and rack would you recommend to carry 2 beach cruiser style bikes?

For your 2012-2013 Infiniti G37 Sedan the Curt hitch part # C11499 that you referenced would be the hitch that you need. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
The best type of bike rack for beach cruiser bikes is going to be a platform style rack. There are many that fit in a Class I trailer hitch but because of the weight of most beach cruisers, I recommend going with the Swagman Chinook # S64683, rated for 45 pounds per bike. The bike wheels will be held in the wheel cradles and the frame hooks clamp down on the bike frames for a secure connection.
You will also need the stabilizer strap # 18050 when using a bike rack or cargo carrier with the Curt hitch.
