Im looking for an auxiliary/additional transmission oil cooler for my 2009 Chevy Suburban Z71. Which cooler fits in addition to my factory cooler? Thanks

The best way to pick out a transmission cooler for a vehicle is to go with the largest one available that will fit the available space in front of the radiator. I have attached a drawing that shows the best locations for a transmission cooler.
The transmission cooler I recommend for your 2009 Suburban is the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit, part # D13504.
This is a Class lV plate-fin cooler that measures 11 inches wide x 12 inches tall and is 7/8 inches deep.
You will also need the Derale Snap-In Radiator Adapter Fitting, part # D13035. This is the adapter needed for GM vehicles.
