I cannot find a part number for a 2008 Chevy Silverado LT Z on your website however your video of installation shows it on a 2008 or newer Silverado LT.

For your 2008 Chevy Silverado LTZ you can use # DZ43102. I confirmed the fit with DeeZee, the manufacturer.
DeeZee Tailgate Assist # DZ43100 fits 1999 to 2007 Classic Chevy Silverados. It does not fit the 2007 new body style or 2008 Chevy Silverado. The video is just an example showing how it works.
