I heard these rims are rated to a psi of 145 is that true? Does this rim have a 0 offset? Wonder how it would look with a chrome center hub/cap and lugs

The PSI rating for the Taskmaster Rim part # TA73VR that you referenced is 145 psi. I confirmed this with my contact at Taskmaster. It also has a zero offset.

For a chrome center cap to go along with this you would want the part # 425EZ.
