Can the s80600 carry 2 adult trikes?

The Swagman 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack # S80600 that you referenced would be your best option for carrying trikes at the rear of an RV with a 4 inch continuously welded bumper, but since the wheel slots of the rack aren't adjustable it may not be an ideal rack option.

You might have to get a bit creative with who you situate the trikes on the rack but you should be able to get the trikes on the rack with some tie downs like # 05605.

You will need to verify that your rear bumper has the weight capacities for the weight of your trikes and this rack that weighs 47 lbs.

Looking to transport 2 Sun Seeker EZ-Tri Classic trikes on a 2018 Cadillac XT5. Any suggestions?

We don't have any standard hitch-mounted carriers that are capable of securing two trikes, so your best option will be a combination of a hitch rack and roof carrier to transport both of your EZ-Tri Classics. For the hitch you can use the Hollywood Racks # HR1000Z-R-TRKADP and for the roof the SeaSucker # 298-BD1005.
