Question:
I am mounting a class V hitch on my 04 E350 Ford van. I want to put a 7 way / 4 way combo towing wiring harness on and want to plug into the factory wires that terminate underneath the van on the frame rail next to the spare. What do you recommend? Thanks!

You will want to test the wiring you have found under your van to see if it is active. You will want to use a circuit tester like the part # PTW2993 to check the ports for voltage as you apply the different turn signal functions.
If it is active then you could wire the part # C57674 to the wires. You would need to cut the 4-way off and then run a length of 7-way wiring # DW04914-1 sold by the foot to connect the wiring to the 7-way.
