What is the Length and Diameter of the Replacement Axle Bolt Kit for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailers

Question:

What is the diameter of the bolt and length. Just thinking if something happen on the road where there are only local hardware stores. This may help me make it to a store that carries the true axle. Emergency use only!

I spoke with my contact at Yakima about the Replacement Axle Bolt Kit for Rack and Roll Trailers # Y8880180. It is 9 inches long overall and it is an M14 bolt which is 0.55 inches in diameter.

Please note that bolts obtained from a hardware store are not properly rated or designed for this application. So if you have a Rack and Roll trailer and think you might need a spare axle bolt I advise just going with the Yakima part to avoid any potential problems.
