2013 Nissan Pathfinder Already has Blue Relays in Relay Box Under the Hood

Question:
I am doing an installation of harness 118670 on a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder S 4DR On step 1 of the “Tow Plug Harness installation, the relay box already has two blue relays installed. Is this right? Or am I looking at the wrong relay box? I continued with the harness installation and apparently the harness is working fine. Should I just disregard that I already had the relays installed from factory?

Expert Reply:
Your 2013 Nissan Pathfinder might have the factory tow package. Wiring harness # 118670 is for models that don't have the factory tow package and would need those relays and jumper harness included with the harness. If your 4-Way is working then you can just keep the unused relays as spares!
