Yes, the Thule Gateway Pro 3 Bike Rack, # TH78VR, will work on your 1999 Pontiac Montana. It comes with all the hardware you will need to attach to your vehicle.
The bike rack has a total weight capacity of 105 lbs. or 35 lbs. per bike.
If you will be transporting any womans or kids bikes that do not have the center horizontal bar, we have the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT. It clips on to the seat post and the handlebar post to give you a horizontal bar for carrying the bike level on the bike rack.
