Can the Trailer Leaf Springs PR427 Install Above and Below Trailer Axle

Question:
I am replacing springs on a homemade trailer. The existing springs are mounted above the axle are these springs able to mount that way? I am looking at the 4 leaf PR 427 3000 lb springs. I need the arch measurement from the bottom of the spring and the deflection under load so I can determine which hangers and shackles are needed. Thank you

The leaf springs part # SP-210275 that you referenced can be mounted above or below the axle.
The distance from the center of the spring eyes to the bottom of the spring measures 2-3/4 inches and this spring has the standard 1-1/2 inches of deflection.
