To install a brake controller on your 2010 Toyota RAV4 it will have to be hardwired in. There is no harness available to plug a brake controller into the RAV4. To install la controller such as # 90885 you will just need the controller itself and installation kit # ETBC7. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
