Will 2016 Toyota Tundra Factory Brake Controller Work with Prodigy RF Installed on Trailer
Question:
I have the prodigy installed and operational on my trailer. Works great! However, if I want to use a tow vehicle TV 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited that has a built in trailer brake controller, how do I connect my TV to the trailer to leverage power, lights and TVs trailer brake? Can I just plug into the 7 way adapter and not plug in power up the prodigy wireless controller in the cab? Will this override the wireless controller and defer to the onboard TV trailer brakes via the 7-way?

Expert Reply:
The easiest thing to do would be to plug your trailer directly into the 7-Way on your 2016 Toyota Tundra effectively bypassing the Prodigy RF # TK94FR. That way there will be no interference with the RF.
