Hello, Im certain this is the part I need for my Thule Aeroblade setup, however there is also a plastic cylinder that goes down into the hole on this part, and that locks it down. Is that included with the part? If not, is that part sold separately and do you have it? I do see the metal locks, but mine is plastic and I presume cheaper.

The plug you referenced is available separately, for that you would need # 8524023006 as it does not come with the # TH1500052313.
