Westin HDX Headache Rack Recommendation for a 2004 Chevy Silverado with Toolbox

Question:

Will Weston had fit 2004 chevy 2500hd. Is back rack custom fit so every thing matches up such as brake light and bed rails. can you use toolbox with back rack.
