Actually I pulled a Prostrobe White Side Marker Light # PRS70753 from our warehouse and found that it does not have a way to select different strobe patterns. When the light has power it will cycle through slightly different strobe patterns.

I attached a video that shows what the light looks like in use. It's very bright! I accidentally looked right at it and I am still seeing spots.

The light flashes very quickly three times in a row. Since it is so quick the video wasn't able to fully capture that. It instead looks like slow flashing.
