WHAT WIRING HARNESS WILL I NEED TO PLUG INTO MY FACTORY HARNESS. I HAVE NOT LOOKED UNDERNEATH TO SEE WHERE THE PLUG MIGHT BE YET.

Sounds like you are looking for a 4-way wiring harness for your 2004 GMC Yukon. The part # 41155 that you referenced will fit your truck if it has the round 7-way connector present behind the bumper.
If you have no trailer wiring at all you instead would want the part # C59496. This is a hardwire kit that will fit your vehicle regardless of whether or not you have the round connector.
