For a roof rack that fits the factory mounting points on your 2007 Honda CR-V Rola roof rack # RRRVP15 is the most cost effective option and it looks similar to a factory style roof rack.
With the roof rack installed you can then use the Thule SUP Shuttle, # TH811XT. This carrier has a 2-board capacity. The Shuttle is rated for 110 pounds but is limited to the vehicle roof weight carrying capacity.
