I have a 2013 utility carry on trailer. 6 by 10 feet. Need a red tail light. Number on tail light is 444 151. Is the 444 151R the replacement?

There are a few Peterson lights that have the 444 designation. Replacement lens # 444-151R should be the correct lens for your 444 151 light.
The main tail light lens is # 440-15R. For the whole light assembly use # PM444 for the right or # PM444L for the left.
