Question:
I read in the blog that the Kuat receiver opening will not accommodate the locking pin through the receiver. What type of lock would you recommend? Thanks in advance for your help

Expert Reply:
The Kuat Sherpa bike rack part # SH12G that you referenced comes with a locking hitch pin as well as an anti-rattle device built into the rack. The replacement part would be the Kuat Hitch Pin Lock part # HL1.
Check out the review video I attached for this rack that details how the anti-rattle device works.
