How thick each leaf spring on the 3500#, 6 leaf, 1.75inch wide double eyed leaf spring?

Each of the leaves of the Leaf Spring part # e64SR that you referenced are 1/2 inch thick. Since there is a total of 6 leaves the overall thickness is 3 inches. If you include the bolt that runs through all of the leaves the overall thickness is 3-3/4 inches.
