Question:
To whom it may concern. I have a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander that has a square connector for the trailer lights. However, my trailer has the standard 4-flat. Do you carry an adapter that would connect the two? Thank you. Best regards.

It sounds like the connector on your 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander that you are referring to may be the one that mates with the wiring harness connector shown in the linked photo. This connector is part of the Curt custom-fit harness # C56102 and the Tow Ready # 118518, both of which fit your 2010 Outlander. Both of these wiring kits provide you with a 4-pole flat connector to activate your trailer's lighting functions. An installation video is linked for you.
