The Swagman Replacement Receiver Insert for Swagman XC Bike Racks, part # P313, will work correctly with the threaded hitch pin included in their Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks # S64031. This lock and insert both work with their XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style Rack # S64650.
